You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ent365 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. ent365's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to ent365 during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ent365 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond the gaming and betting services expressly described herein. Nothing in these Terms limits ent365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
